toaster, kettle, rice cooker and electric hob...

...our new kitchen! Basic but functional!

We have arrived safely at our new home in Bangkok, it's a two bedroom appartment in the college where we are teaching, it's basic but with a bit of love will be great.

On the positive side we have a flushing toilet, running water (not drinking!), air con in our bedroom and a balcony. On the slightly less positive side we have a shower but it's cold (very cold!) - at least there will be no arguements about who has used up the hot water!

I have been ill with a chest infection, james paid a visit to the local pharmacy and came back with a cocktail of 6 packets of different colour drugs! They seem to be doing the trick. Although, James got a little confussed at the pharmacy and kept refering to me as his priest rather than his wife and crazy rather than ill 'my priest she is crazy'!
