meatballs and banoffee pie

As many of you know James' favorite food is meatballs and after 9 weeks of purging his body, tonight he made meatballs and spaghetti - He has proclaimed it to be a very special day!

I'm currently making a banoffee pie, I have been missing baking and trying to think of recipe's that don't involve an oven (or measuring scales). It's looking good, I'm just building up to the long task of whipping the cream with a fork!

I have just found James rubbing mouthwash into his head with a cotton bud! He is claiming it's an old Yorkshire remedy for dandruff - and that I shouldn't mock the wisdom of the ages...
